This station for a project in Winnipeg is a large custom FRP station. The final dimensions for this station are 57′ (L) x 13′ (W) x 13’6 (H) at approximately 50,000 lbs and packed with both special parts and standard.
This was completed with, 2x 8″ Flygt pumps, 5x 0-100psi WIKA pressure gauges, 1x 2” combo release valve, 2x 10” gear op. plug valves, 2x 10” check valves, 2x 12” gear op. plug valves, 1x 14” gear op. plug valve, 1x 14” flowmeter w/ display & 30m cable, 2x LED explosion proof lights, 1x aluminum safe hatch, 1x full length aluminum ladder w/ top mount grab handle, 2x full diameter aluminum platforms & 2x partial platform, 1x wall unit heater, Unistrut supports, both FRP & 316SS piping, among other items & standard parts.
