Barski Industries supplies a comprehensive range of standardized pump station components, ensuring reliable performance, short lead times, and seamless integration with our FRP pump stations. By maintaining an inventory of high-quality, pre-approved parts, we help municipalities, engineers, and industrial operators reduce downtime and streamline installation and maintenance.

To maintain lead times of 6–8 weeks for TOP Stations and 8–10 weeks for Custom Engineered Stations, we recommend using Barski’s standard parts. Lead times may increase when non-standard components
are specified.

  • Ladder-Up Safety Posts – Powder-coated, high-visibility safety posts for ladder egress.
  • Aluminum Hatches – Available in multiple sizes for wet wells and valve vaults, including Safe Hatch options to prevent falls.
  • Intermediate Platforms & Handrails – Optional FRP or aluminum platforms for maintenance access

Couplings & Connection Hardware

  • Axilock-S Stainless Steel Couplings (2″–6″)
  • Smith-Blair Top Bolt Couplings for various pipe diameters

Sealing & Waterproofing

  • EPDM Link Seals with 316 SS Bolts – Watertight pipe penetration sealing for wet wells and valve vaults.
  • Flange Gaskets & Hardware – Pre-sized for FRP and stainless steel nozzle connections.

Heating & Lighting

  • Explosion-Proof Heaters – 1000W and 1800W, thermostat-controlled.
  • Explosion-Proof Lighting – LED and incandescent fixtures for Class I, Div 1 & 2 hazardous locations.

Valves & Flow Control

  • Plug Valves – Flanged, worm-gear actuated, eccentric plug options.
  • Check Valves – Swing checks, Tideflex TF-2 elastomer check valves, and HDL ball check valves.
  • Air Release Valves – Wastewater-grade for air/vacuum relief.
  • Knife Gate Valves – Optional for inlet isolation and bypass setups.
