Design

Every project begins with a station layout tailored to hydraulic, geotechnical, and regulatory requirements. Our design team develops drawings and specifications that align with site conditions, operational requirements, and applicable codes.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Analysis of various FRP lift station geometries, material properties,
and external loads (e.g., hydrostatic pressure, soil loading) to identify high-stress areas and ensure reinforcement where needed.

Top Structure Design for Traffic Loads

Lift stations can be designed with FRP, aluminum, or reinforced concrete tops, with load ratings engineered for H-20, H-25, CL-625, CL-625-ONT, and more, ensuring structural integrity for vehicular and heavy equipment traffic.​

Foundation Engineering

March designs concrete foundations that anchor the lift station and resist uplift forces due to buoyancy, ensuring stability in high groundwater conditions.​

Construction Support

March provides shop drawings and field reviews, ensuring each station is
constructed precisely to design specifications.

By leveraging FEA modeling and in-depth engineering expertise, March Consulting enables Barski to manufacture lift stations that are custom-tailored to each application, structurally sound, and built to last.

Fabrication

All Barski stations are fabricated in-house in a controlled environment to maintain quality and consistency. FRP construction methods are selected for strength, corrosion resistance, and service life.

Filament Winding

Provides higher tensile strength compared to hand lay-up methods.​

Factory Assembly

Stations delivered as one-piece units to reduce site work.​

Custom FRP Components

Wet wells, valve chambers, nozzles, discharge piping, and access structures.​

Testing & QC

Hydrostatic testing, dimensional verification, and optional third-party inspection.

Installation

Barski provides installation support for new builds and retrofit projects. Stations are delivered pre- assembled, reducing site construction time.
