This project for the City of Maple Ridge is a custom FRP slip-in station. The final dimensions for this station is 33’4 (L) x 10’4 (W) x 10’6 (H) at approximately 14,000 lbs. This station was fairly basic on the inside, completed with, 3x 6″ pumps, 1x H20 loading hatch, 1x Bilco enamel coated ladder up, 1x 6″ 316SS gooseneck on top for venting, 1 full length aluminum ladder, and 1 full diameter aluminum intermediate platform w/ FRP grating, 316SS piping, among other items & standard parts.
This station was shipped to site and once offloaded, it was lowered into an old concreate station that was no longer in use due to concreate breakdown.
